At OneForm3D, every product is custom-designed and 3D printed based on your submitted photos and requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our service, please review our refund and return policy below:

🛠️ Made-to-Order Products

All our products are custom-made and 3D printed uniquely for each customer. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the design and printing process has started.

✅ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
  • Design Not Started – If our team has not yet begun the 3D modeling process.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Item – If the final 3D-printed item arrives broken or significantly different from the approved design.

📷 Photo Proof Required

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate your case and offer a replacement or partial refund if eligible.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by OneForm3D.

Returns are not required in most cases due to the custom nature of the item.
